Barcelona secures Mobile World Congress until 2023

The GSMA and the Barcelona City Partners have signed an agreement to keep the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in the Catalan capital until 2023. The new deal represents a five-year extension to the current contract, which expires in 2018, and also means Barcelona will retain the title of Mobile World Capital for the next eight years.
