Bolivia's ATT and ITU want free roaming throughout Andean community

Bolivia's telecommunications regulation authority ATT and the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) have issued a statement confirming that they will work together to promote the goal of ending international roaming charges between countries in the Andean Community. In a meeting attended by ITU secretary-general Houlin Zhao, Bolivia's minister of public works, services and housing Milton Claros Hinojosa, deputy minister of telecommunications Marcos Vasquez Quiroga and ATT executive director Roque Roy Mendez, the institutions pledged to collaborate to remove extortionate international
