Verizon, AT&T, Midcontinent rank highest for broadband satisfaction - study

US residential internet customers were most satisfied with Verizon in the East region, giving the operator a score of 758 on 1,000, followed by Xfinity with 725, Cox Communications with 708, Spectrum with 676, Optimum by Altice with 655 and Frontier Communications with 614, according to the latest study from JD Power, fielded from October 2020 to July 2021.
