Google has abandoned plans to lease more than 200,000 sq ft of office space in Dublin for up to 2,000 employees, reports Bloomberg.
In an e-mail to Bloomberg, a company spokesperson said that it had decided not to proceed with plans take space at the Sorting Office building near the city's south quays, but did not give a reason for the decision. Google employs thousands of workers in Dublin.
