Huawei said it lifted revenues in the first three quarters of the year despite “intense” pressure on its global supply chain, and “significant” challenges on its production and operation. The company concluded that it “basically met expectations” in the period, with revenues rising almost 10 percent to CNY 671.3 billion. The net profit margin went to 8.0 percent for the first nine months, compared to 9.2 percent in the first half, and 7.3 percent in the first quarter.
Moving ahead, the company said it will leverage its strengths in ICT technologies such as AI, cloud, 5G and computing to provide scenario-based services, develop industry applications and “unleash” the value of 5G networks along with its partners.
